Who we are

Aletta Wubben, People and organisation development consists of a group of coaches and trainers who share a special affinity with the academic world. The team was built by Aletta Wubben who has worked with academics since 2003 and knows which professional is right for a certain client. The team is made up of people who each have their own personality and expertise. They have one thing in common: they are all professionals who care for people and organisations. And with themselves as study objects, nothing human is alien to them.

Our mission

We sometimes jokingly say our mission is to humanise science. But we are serious about looking beyond academic results and showing the person behind the scientist. We teach scientists to become their own supporter on their way to success and to hand over that knowledge to others. And that, slowly but surely, will bring about a change in the academic culture.
