De Zuster is a five minute walk from Delft railway station. Cross the street in front of the station to the right in the direction of Barbarasteeg. When you come to the end of Barbarasteeg continue straight ahead until the second bridge. Building De Zuster is to the left of the Koornmarkt. The entrance is located at the back of the building, on Gasthuisplaats.

There is paid parking at De Zuster on Gasthuisplaats (€3 per hour) and nearby Zuidpoort car park (€2.90 per hour).
