Irene has more than 25 years of experience as a senior professional coach, trainer and consultant for organizations in both the private and public sector. She is known for her analytical, intuitive and pragmatic approach. Irene has a degree in Psychology and knows how to translate theoretical models into hands-on tools.

Irene helps clients, with humor and a wink, to reflect upon themselves in their current context, with attention for who they are and fitting their personal style.
