Intervision

Intervision is a structured way for colleagues to learn from each other’s cases. By asking the right questions, a process of reflection is started which will lead to fresh insights. This is not only beneficial for the person contributing the case but also for those asking the questions. Everyone involved learns from the process, as the situations and the work context in question are familiar to all.     

Aletta Wubben Personal and organisational development helps to design and coach intervision programmes. Once the participants are familiar with the method they can organise their own intervision sessions.
