Jennifer’s background is in industrial and organisational psychology. She worked as an external advisor for most of her career, of which four years were spent as a Training and development programmes manager at a large research organisation. Jennifer has been working as a trainer and coach since 1996.
Her approach is eclectic and influenced by the training she had in the area of personal and organisational development. She invests much care and attention in forging a productive relationship with the client while remaining firmly focused on the end goal at the same time. Jennifer is a member of NOBCO.
